Mileage is calculated from the artist’s home address to the trial location and back to the artist’s home address, and then to the wedding day location and back to the artist’s home address.

Mileage is tiered to represent the fuel, time and associated costs needed to accommodate road travel across the Northwest and beyond and across various distances so you are only charged for your specific needs.

0-25 miles is 15p per mile
25-100 miles is 32p per mile
100+ miles is 45p per mile

Once your booking is secured all travel costs will be locked for the duration of your booking unless you change venues or trial locations.

Distances exceeding 70 miles one way on the wedding day itself may include a discussion about providing pre-wedding night accommodation due to the very early start times & long drives required by our artists to ensure they arrive fresh to provide a professional service.

No the cost is the same whatever day you book as we believe there should not be a premium for a certain day of the week or public holidays.

Yes it is fine to add any extra people to the booking for hair or makeup, you would just need to contact your hair or makeup artist with the details and confirm they have time to provide them with hair or makeup to fit in with your booking. You would then need to make a further deposit payment to secure the extra services payable on your booking area.

Yes all of us at Absolutely Flawless have full public liability insurance and we will not operate with out it. We have also hand selected the best hair and makeup artists in the industry who are all fully qualified and highly experienced to ensure you have the best hair and makeup experience and peace of mind in knowing you have booked a professional.
